Booking Policy — Petric Transports To guarantee you a high-quality service, please read our booking policy: Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing all the trip details. Minimum Booking Time Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests, please contact us directly by phone. Changes Changes (time, destination, number of passengers) are possible up to 24 hours before the trip, subject to availability. Cancellation Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before departure. After this time, no refunds will be possible.
