Refund Policy

  1. Free Cancellation
    You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. In that case, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

  2. Late Cancellation
    If you cancel less than 48 hours before the transfer, no refund will be possible.

  3. No-Show
    In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, with no possibility of refund.

  4. Flight Delays or Exceptional Circumstances
    In case of a flight delay or any event beyond your control, we will do our utmost to reorganize the transfer at no extra cost, subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible.

  5. Refund Procedure
    Any refunds due will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation. No cash refunds will be issued.

  6. Contact for Refunds
    For any refund requests, please contact us at nnpetric7@gmail.com, providing your name, reservation date, and reason for cancellation.

Special Conditions and Flexibility

  • Regular Customers: Clients with recurring or multiple monthly bookings are entitled to one free late cancellation per month upon simple request.

  • Credit Notes: In certain cases, we may offer a credit note for the amount paid, valid toward a future booking within six months.

  • VIP Clients: Customers under an annual contract or with more than ten transfers may cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge and receive priority handling.

  • Corporate or Professional Arrangements: Customized cancellation terms can be arranged for partner companies or professional clients under contract.
